The interest rate for term deposit mortgage loan will be 2.00% higher than the interest on the receipt

As per the bank’s rebate policy, if the rules of financial discipline and repayment are followed and the instalment is paid within 5 days from the date of repayment, the interest rate will be 1.00% rebate.
